Request to Delete Your Data

At myStoria, we believe your health data belongs to you. If you wish to request that your personal data be deleted from our platform, we offer a simple and transparent process.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Email us at concierge@mystoria.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request

Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your myStoria account
- Your full legal name as it appears in your myStoria account
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once we verify your identity and receive confirmation, we will permanently delete all health records, communications, and account data. Revoke any third-party access permissions you’ve enabled. Provide written confirmation that your request has been completed.

What Data Is Deleted The following will be permanently deleted
- Account profile and login data
- Uploaded medical records and notes
- Concierge chat history and call summaries
- AI-generated insights and personalized recommendations
- The following may be retained for a limited period where required by law or internal compliance obligations:
- Anonymized or aggregated usage data (non-identifiable)
- Audit logs for security and fraud prevention (retained up to 90 days)
