Note your cycle pattern, your age, and any family history of early menopause or fertility concerns. Track any symptoms that stand out, and gather past test results if you have them.
Think about your reasons and timing, whether medical, personal, or planning ahead, so the conversation fits your goals. List your current medications and your questions about the process, the number of cycles, and costs.
Expect your provider to review your history, possibly order reserve testing, and walk through the stimulation and retrieval steps. Lead with your notes and questions so the visit covers what matters most to you.
Take notes as the doctor talks, record the meeting (with their permission!) in myStoria, or add a quick voice note to myStoria as soon as possible afterward so that you are not relying on memory alone.
