Handling a Confusing Lab Result

You got your results back. Half of it is numbers, the other half is words you've never seen, and the little "reference range" column isn't helping. Before you fall down a search-engine hole at 11pm, here's what to do instead.

Chat now, or store for later

Either path works, and both do the real work. It comes down to whether you want to talk it through right away.

If you want to interact with it right away, upload it straight to your chat. Your Assistant gives you a plain-language summary and starts answering questions on the spot. This works whether it's a single result or a big multi-page file — it'll break the whole thing apart and walk you through it.

If you don't need to get into it right now, upload straight to your Vault. It still processes the file, sorts it, and creates the StoryLine events for you — it's all captured whether you chat about it or not. You can open a chat about it anytime later.

And anything you upload in a chat gets stored in your Vault automatically. Nothing gets lost either way.
