Infertility is one of the loneliest things a person can go through, and it happens far more than anyone talks about. Around 1 in 6 adults worldwide experience it (WHO, 2023). That's a lot of people quietly carrying something heavy, often convinced they're the only one.
This week we're welcoming Oasis Fertility Support Network to the community. Oasis is a Canadian national charity that does one thing exceptionally well: it puts you in a room, virtual or in person, with people who are walking the same road.
Two women, Erin and Tiffany, met at a small fertility support group in Barrie, Ontario, while they were each navigating infertility. Being around people who understood changed everything for them. So they decided to build that for everyone else.
