No one has the job of seeing your whole health picture. Your family doctor sees their part. Each specialist sees theirs. The lab runs the test and passes it on. Every slice is real, and no one is looking at all of them at once.

And even all of those records together are only half of it. They do not include what you track yourself, what your devices pick up, what you actually feel day to day. The official record lives in the system. Your lived experience lives with you. Nobody is holding both. That role was never assigned to anyone, so it falls to you.

You are the only one present for every appointment, every result, every symptom, every referral. You are the through line. Most people are handed that job with nothing but their memory and a folder of paper.
