What's the Vault?

May 18, 2026
Getting started with myStoria. The vault, explained. Every upload, one vault. Documents, screenshots, voice notes, check-ins — one place your Assistant can actually find them.

Your Vault is where everything you upload to myStoria lives. Documents, screenshots, voice memos, daily check in recordings, anything you've sent in chat. One place. All of it.

Think of it as the storage layer underneath your StoryLine. Your StoryLine shows you what happened. Your Vault holds the proof.

How to find it

Tap StoryLine in the nav bar. Your Vault sits right at the top.

What ends up in your Vault automatically

Anything you upload in chat goes straight to your Vault. So do your daily check in recordings. You don't have to save them anywhere or do anything extra. If you sent it to your Assistant, it's there.

What you can add directly

You can also upload straight into your Vault without going through chat. This is especially useful for:

Big files with a lot in them, like a full set of records from one provider

Bulk uploads when you're catching up on documents

Anything you want stored but don't need your Assistant to do something with right now

Sharing and pulling files back out

Your Vault works like any other folder on your phone. Open a file, view it, send it, share it, save it somewhere else. It's yours.
