The program launched March 9, 2026 and is available nationwide.

The program works in three connected parts.
Members start by accessing Sesame, a cash-pay healthcare platform that connects patients directly with clinicians online, no insurance required. For $99 a month as a Costco member (or $119 without a membership), you get fertility care coordination, a comprehensive intake consultation, and diagnostic workups. The model is designed to cut through one of the most frustrating parts of the fertility journey: the wait. Most patients face a three to six month wait before seeing a reproductive endocrinologist.
