Recently, Costco announced a new partnership with healthcare platform Sesame and fertility network IVI RMA North America, making it one of the most unexpected but potentially meaningful moves in reproductive healthcare access in recent years. The program launched March 9, 2026 and is available nationwide.
Here's what's actually in it.
The program works in three connected parts.
Members start by accessing Sesame, a cash-pay healthcare platform that connects patients directly with clinicians online, no insurance required. For $99 a month as a Costco member (or $119 without a membership), you get fertility care coordination, a comprehensive intake consultation, and diagnostic workups. The model is designed to cut through one of the most frustrating parts of the fertility journey: the wait. Most patients face a three to six month wait before seeing a reproductive endocrinologist.
