New to myStoria? In your first week you should meet your AI Assistant, log check-ins, upload files, and start building your personal health timeline

You already know you can ask your Assistant a question. But the prompts that get the most out of myStoria aren't the obvious ones. Here are five worth trying this week.
1. "What changed in my StoryLine over the last month?"
Your StoryLine has been building since the day you onboarded, and it keeps growing with every check-in, upload, and chat. Instead of scrolling it yourself, ask your Assistant to pull the thread for you. You'll often spot a pattern you'd never have caught by eye.
2. "Pull all my bloodwork from the last year and review it together."
Anything in your Vault is fair game in chat, and you don't have to point to one file at a time. Ask your Assistant to pull everything in a category and look across it: "Pull all my bloodwork from the last year. Are there any changes or patterns? Anything I should bring up with my doctor?" Looking at results side by side is where the trends actually show up, the kind you'd never catch reading one report at a time.
