Your AI assistant handles a lot of the day-to-day. Quick questions, explanations, pattern spotting, appointment prep. But sometimes you want a human in the loop, someone with a clinical background who can help you make sense of a confusing result, think through a tough decision, or weigh in on a gut feeling you can't shake.

That's the Concierge.

Who you're actually talking to

The Concierge team is made up of trained professionals with backgrounds in nursing. Not chatbots, not customer support reps, not generic "wellness coaches." Real people who have spent careers in healthcare and know how to translate medical-speak into something that actually helps you.

When you reach out, they'll see a summary of your story along with anything you share with them directly, messages, results, documents, context you bring into the chat. You're not starting from scratch every time, but they only see what you've shared with them, not everything in the app.
