2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Giveaway, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, do not enter the Giveaway.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC: Quebec's province-specific publicity contest regulations (formerly administered by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux) were repealed effective October 27, 2023. Residents of Quebec are therefore eligible to enter this Giveaway on the same terms as all other Canadian residents. As with all Canadian residents, Quebec winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner, as required under federal law (see Section 7).
RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK AND FLORIDA: The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes offered in this Giveaway is approximately $3918.30 at the time of publication. Since this does not exceed $5,000 USD, no registration or bonding with the New York Department of State or the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is required. Residents of New York and Florida are eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The campaign period (the "Giveaway Period") begins on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the time the official Giveaway post is published, and ends on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, at which time the draw will be conducted and no further entries will be accepted. The Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. Entries received after 12:00 p.m. ET on April 27, 2026 will not be eligible under any circumstances.
5. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
To be eligible for any draw, an Entrant must complete ALL THREE (3) of the following steps on the applicable social media platform(s) where the Giveaway is posted:
• FOLLOW: Follow the Sponsor's official account on the platform where the Giveaway post is published (Instagram: @mystoriahealth; TikTok: @mystoriahealth)
• LIKE: Like the official Giveaway post; AND
• TAG: Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
All three (3) steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry. Partial entries will not be eligible.
Each person tagged must be a real, identifiable individual with a genuine and active social media account. Tagging fake, inactive, bot, or spam accounts will result in disqualification of the entry. You may not tag the same person multiple times within a single entry to gain additional entries.
BONUS ENTRY: Each eligible Entrant may earn one (1) additional entry by sending a direct message containing the keyword "Sux Ed" to the Sponsor's official account on the platform through which they are entering (Instagram: @mystoriahealth; TikTok: @mystoriahealth). The bonus entry DM must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on April 27, 2026 to be eligible. Each Entrant is therefore eligible for a maximum of two (2) entries per platform, and a maximum of four (4) entries in total across both platforms. Duplicate entries on a single platform, duplicate bonus entries on a single platform, and entries submitted after the deadline will not be entered into the draw and are not eligible to win.
SPAM, BOT DETECTION & BAD FAITH ENTRIES: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or Entrant that: (a) is reasonably identifiable as spam or submitted in bad faith; (b) fails automated or manual bot-detection review; (c) uses scripted, automated, or bulk-submission tools to enter or generate comments; (d) tags non-genuine accounts; or (e) is otherwise submitted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. The Sponsor's determination regarding the validity of any entry is final.
PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or TikTok (ByteDance Ltd. and/or TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC). All questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor at marketing@mystoria.com, not to the platforms. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
6. DRAWS & PRIZES
The Giveaway consists of a single draw (the "Draw") conducted on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, from which three (3) winners will be selected. The first name drawn will be designated the Grand Prize Winner. The second and third names drawn will be designated the Second Prize Winner and Third Prize Winner respectively.
All Three (3) Winners receive:
• A 12-month subscription to Monday Fertility with an OTO device — ARV: USD $500
• A Shark Ninja Airbrush — ARV: CAD $230
• A 12-month subscription to the myStoria Premium plan — ARV: CAD $320
The Grand Prize Winner additionally receives:

No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of any Prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. If a Prize or any component thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other costs not specified herein.
Each Prize component is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable prize sponsor, including any redemption deadlines, geographic restrictions, and acceptance requirements. Prizes or prize components not accepted within the period specified by the relevant prize sponsor will be null and void. Additional acceptance requirements will be communicated to winners at the time of notification.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On Monday, April 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, a single draw will be conducted by the Sponsor using the AppSorteos platform (appsorteos.com), or such other random selection tool as the Sponsor may choose at its sole discretion, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Three (3) potential winners and six (6) substitute winners will be selected in this draw. The order in which names are drawn determines prize tier: the first name drawn is the Grand Prize Winner; the second and third names drawn are the Second and Third Prize Winners respectively. Substitutes are ranked in the order drawn (Substitute 1 through Substitute 6). The use of AppSorteos or any third-party tool does not constitute sponsorship or endorsement of the Giveaway by that tool's provider.
Notification
Each potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. A potential winner will be disqualified and replaced by the next available substitute if they: (a) cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt; (b) fail to respond or claim their Prize within the required timeframe; (c) are found to be ineligible under these Official Rules or applicable law; or (d) decline their Prize.Substitutes will be assigned to fill vacated prize tiers in the order such tiers are vacated. In the event the Grand Prize tier is vacated after a substitute has already been allocated the Second or Third Prize, the next unallocated substitute on the ranked list will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. No previously allocated winner or substitute will be re-ranked or displaced as a result of a subsequent vacancy. If no substitute can be contacted or confirmed as eligible, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an additional substitute or to forfeit the Prize for that tier.
Skill-Testing Question (Canadian Residents)
Under Canadian law, a prize in a promotional contest cannot be awarded purely on the basis of chance. Before being declared the official winner, any Canadian resident selected as a potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. The format, delivery method, content, and evaluation of the skill-testing question shall be at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The question must be answered without assistance and will be administered in English. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and selection of the next substitute. This requirement applies to all Canadian residents regardless of province or territory, including Quebec.
Affidavit & Release
Prior to being declared the official winner, any potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
8. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling the Prize, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy laws, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

9. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes consent for the Sponsor to make reasonable use of the winner's name, province or state of residency, social media handle, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes including but not limited to the Sponsor and its partners’ social media channels, websites, email communications, and press materials, without further notice or compensation to the winner.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures affecting entry, including but not limited to malfunctions of the internet, computer hardware or software, phone lines, or network connections; unauthorized human intervention; printing errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Entrant's participation in the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway if it determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to platform outages, technical failures, or events of force majeure.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Giveaway, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who: tampers with the entry process; provides false or misleading information; submits entries that are identified as spam, fail bot-detection review, or are submitted in bad faith; violates these Official Rules; or engages in conduct that is unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or otherwise harmful to other participants or to the Sponsor.
• These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, residents of the United States agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Giveaway, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
• If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Winners' names may be made available upon written request sent to marketing@mystoria.com within sixty (60) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
