2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Giveaway, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, do not enter the Giveaway.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC: Quebec's province-specific publicity contest regulations (formerly administered by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux) were repealed effective October 27, 2023. Residents of Quebec are therefore eligible to enter this Giveaway on the same terms as all other Canadian residents. As with all Canadian residents, Quebec winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner, as required under federal law (see Section 7).
RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK AND FLORIDA: The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes offered in this Giveaway is approximately $3200 at the time of publication. Since this does not exceed $5,000 USD, no registration or bonding with the New York Department of State or the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is required. Residents of New York and Florida are eligible to enter.
Limit one entry per person and one account per person. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter more than once, whether through multiple accounts, false identities, or other means.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The campaign period (the "Giveaway Period") begins upon publication of official giveaway information around or after July 20, 2026, and ends after a total run time of 3 months, thereby ending on or around October 20, 2026, at which time the draw will be conducted and no further entries will be accepted. The Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. Entries received after midnight on the date of the draw will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
To receive an entry:
1. Download the myStoria app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store;
2. Create a new myStoria account; and
3. Apply the relevant activation code to your account to redeem 3 months of myStoria Premium at no cost, before the end of the Contest Period.
All three (3) steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry. Partial entries will not be eligible. Each eligible person who successfully redeems the code as described above will automatically receive one entry into a random draw for the Grand Prize described in Section 6.
SPAM, BOT DETECTION & BAD FAITH ENTRIES: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or Entrant that: (a) is reasonably identifiable as spam or submitted in bad faith; (b) fails automated or manual bot-detection review; (c) uses scripted, automated, or bulk-submission tools to enter or generate accounts; or (d) is otherwise submitted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. The Sponsor's determination regarding the validity of any entry is final.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Grand Prize: 12 months of myStoria Premium (Approximate Retail Value: $320 USD/$440 CAD per prize).
The number of Grand Prizes awarded depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period, as follows:
A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 Grand Prizes will be awarded in total. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of any Prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. If a Prize or any component thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other costs not specified herein.
Each Prize component is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable prize sponsor, including any redemption deadlines, geographic restrictions, and acceptance requirements. Prizes or prize components not accepted within the period specified by the sponsor will be null and void. Additional acceptance requirements will be communicated to winners at the time of notification.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026. Winners will be notified using the email address associated with their myStoria account. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 calendar days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner in their place, or, if the total number of prizes successfully awarded is greater than or equal to 1, to nullify that unawarded prize.
Skill-Testing Question (Canadian Residents)
Residents of Canada who are selected as winners must, without assistance of any kind, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner and receiving their prize.
Affidavit & Release
Prior to being declared the official winner, any potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
Winners will be provided an activation code for use in the myStoria app. Winners have 12 months to successfully input the code and begin their 12-month prize subscription period, or else the prize is forfeited. Sponsor is under no obligation to award a forfeited prize to an alternate winner.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures affecting entry, including but not limited to malfunctions of the internet, computer hardware or software, phone lines, or network connections; unauthorized human intervention; printing errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Entrant's participation in the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway if it determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to platform outages, technical failures, or events of force majeure.
By entering this Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling the Prize, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy laws, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or these Official Rules, at any time, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who: tampers with the entry process; provides false or misleading information; submits entries that are identified as spam, fail bot-detection review, or are submitted in bad faith; violates these Official Rules; or engages in conduct that is unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or otherwise harmful to other participants or to the Sponsor.
• These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, residents of the United States agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Giveaway, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
• If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Winners' names may be made available upon written request sent to marketing@mystoria.com within sixty (60) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
